About MUNSOC

This is the official MUN club of PESU-Electronic city campus, founded in March 2020.

A MUN is a simulation of an actual United Nations conference, where students are tasked with solving a global issue through research, drafting, lobbying and debate to pass a suitable 'resolution'.

One of the few non-technical clubs, this club aspires to bring out the orator in you and help in the overall development of its members. It develops leadership skills. MUN is an exercise in research, public speaking, and teamwork. These are skills that are valued in throughout your career, and MUN gives you a chance to practice them while you're a student.
